San Luis Obispo Real Estate For Sale

Dedication to Business and Community…

Dan Pronsolino, San Luis Obispo County Real Estate Agent

Business and community play important roles in my life. Integrating them is the basis of my career decisions including becoming a realtor as well as earning my Masters. Passion for the community and diverse leadership experiences are what make me different from others in my field. My role is to find my clients their ideal home. My business is to be at the heart of the community in which they are about to spend the rest of their lives and to be their ambassador. That’s why they hire me.

The spirit of entrepreneurship has always been a part of me. At 12-years-old, I launched a Redwood tree nursery supplying local landscapers with their inventory for the next six years. My business not only filled a market need, it also yielded a healthy income and taught me the skills of negotiation and selling. This was just the beginning.

My community work has excelled my leadership, negotiation and communication competencies—invaluable assets to my real estate clients. Holding influential positions within local organizations such as Board Vice President of the Interfaith Coalition for the Homeless and the San Luis Obispo Human Relations Commission have allowed me to build relationships with notable government officials including the City and County Planning Commissioners, City Council members and the County Board of Supervisors. I am proudly part of a collaborative network of agencies organizing the acquisition of property for a new facility that will expand services for the local homeless population. As a key influencer with the Central Coast Volunteer Corp, I successfully negotiated with over 25 local agencies to place AmeriCorps volunteers within their organizations. My endeavors are evidence that I have earned my place in the community’s core and in turn, sharing what I’ve learned helps my clients find their place in this great community.

As an open space advocate, I am a resource to the outdoor community. Cycling and rock climbing have given me a strong appreciation for the natural beauty that brings many of us to the Central Coast. Looking for a good recreational guide? I am always good for an idea or two.

When I came to San Luis Obispo in 2001, I didn’t just move here. I made it my home. Allow me to help you do the same. To learn more, email me at dan@cacoastalre.com.
